This week, thousands of people from the hospitality industry descended on Manchester for the Northern Restaurant and Bar 2024 trade fair.<br/><br/>Hundreds of stalls were set up inside Manchester Central Convention Centre on March 12 and 13, alongside live cooking demonstrations and keynote speeches from industry professionals.<br/><br/>Nighttime economy adviser for Greater Manchester, Sacha Lord, took to the stage to deliver a speech on the state of hospitality in the city region and told ManchesterWorld he wants to see Manchester become Europe's leading city for nightlife.<br/><br/>We asked people in Manchester what they think about the nightlife in the city.
