A murder probe has been launched after a woman was found dead at a house on Saturday.<br/><br/>The body of the unnamed woman, 48, was found just before 1pm at a house in the Tile Cross area of Birmingham.<br/><br/>A man, 49, was held on suspicion of murder later that day.<br/><br/>West Midlands Police said the grim discovery was made at the property on Mulwych Road after initial concerns for her welfare were raised.<br/><br/>A cause of death is yet to be confirmed and the man was today (Sun) being quizzed by detectives.
