Police are investigating a fatal stabbing in Bristol according to a local mayor - on the day an anti knife crime campaign was launched there.<br/><br/>West of England Mayor Dan Norris has offered his sympathies to families after ''another fatal stabbing'' in the city.<br/><br/>Police are at the scene of a serious incident in the St Agnes area and a cordon has been in place since 9.30pm on Tuesday.<br/><br/>Officers have not confirmed a stabbing but in a press statement today Norris says ''the killing needs to stop'.
