Tesla settled a lawsuit over a 2018 fatal crash where an Apple engineer died when his Tesla Model X crashed into a barrier while in Autopilot mode. The crash killed 38-year-old Walter Huang in Mountain View, California at around 70 mph. An NTSB investigation found Huang was playing a game on his smartphone in the final moments before the crash.
